She just grew as I worked through my bits and pieces.
In other words no planning whatsoever.
I started with the Head first, all done in wools, using a needle felting machine and some hand stitching for her features.
I had very limited choices with fabrics etc owing to being confined to my home due to CV19 restrictions.
The sleeves were cut from an American floral felt square; for the Vest I used a combination of cotton fabric strips and embroidered them using various stitches and couching.
The white area is felt, the black area is felt too and covered with stitched on shell pieces.
Plenty of needle felting was done to hold the backgrounds together.
