One stitch style only... Feather stitch

All 6 examples of creative embroidery displayed here have all been restricted in the number of stitch styles used. The one to the right uses only one style of stitch, a Y stitch. Here the stitch is varied in its shape and size. The gauge of yarn too is varied. It is also restricted to one colour. However the example creates the desired effect by doing this.
